How does the commission model work if you run it for us?
We agree on a commission per confirmed RSVP plus a percentage of the consumption those reservations generate. No monthly fee, no setup, no minimums: if the night doesn't produce, you don't pay. Terms are set per venue — that's what the first call is for.
Will the AI sound robotic to my guests?
It's trained on your venue — your events, tables, minimums, and tone — and it answers like a host, not a form. And it knows its limits: the moment a conversation needs a person, it hands off to a human operator without the guest leaving the chat.
Who holds the money from deposits and pre-orders?
Your venue does. Deposits and prepaid bottle orders are charged through Stripe and settle to your own account; commissions are taken transparently on top. You can see every charge reconciled per night.
Can my team operate it instead of you?
Yes. The same platform behind the managed service is available as monthly plans your team operates: concierge, door check-in, CRM, campaigns, and reconciliation. You can also start managed and take it in-house once your team is ready.
What if it doesn't work for my venue?
Software plans carry our 30-day guarantee: if it's not working for you, we refund your month — and there are no contracts. On the managed side the risk is even lower: you only pay commission on results.
